Mats and props provided for all classes, or bring your own if you prefer.

When purchasing a casual or 4 class pass, you will still need to book in the date(s) that you intend to join us on - you can email or sms me, and I will contact you if I don’t hear from you :).
If passes and casual sessions aren't available to purchase, then we are likely fully booked for this session - you can email, call or text me to check on 0422 963 207, and with any other queries.
