Having other people in your life is not just fun - its a health essential with loneliness having a greater impact on your health than smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
And it’s possible that there are more people in your life than you are aware of - did you ever consider that even the people that you struggle with are people you are in a relationship with?
That not talkign to someone is a form of communication?
That blocking someone creates a certain kind of connection, an ‘Us’ of sorts?
You can’t move without relating to the floor, you can breathe without connection to the outside world to get that breath, and even if you do all your shopping online, there is a tribe of unseen-by-you people out there that are supporting you to have what you want in your life.
You can’t live without us :) And we don’t live without you.

who is your US?
You are never alone.
Even if you feel that you are.
We are all connected.
Connection is an underlying element of our lives, our beliefs about ourselves and the nature of the world around us.
Together, these elements form the lens that we view and experience our connections and relationships through.
Connected or the illusion of disconnection, it's still a connection.
Acknowledging that whatever we feel or believe we ARE connected, that there is someone or somewhere we can reach out to and find support allows a surrender to what is that can be a powerful place for re-solution.
